Refund policy

At Ruxanto, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy on all electronic gadgets from the date you receive your order. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

In cases of returns due to reasons other than product quality, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@ruxanto.com with your order details and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label once your return is approved.

Returns without prior approval or without following our instructions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to product quality issues (damaged, defective, or wrong item received), Ruxanto will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

For returns due to customer preference or other personal reasons, you will receive a prepaid return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

No restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find your item damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ruxanto.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

For damaged items, provide photographic or video proof within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Not accepted. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
